I can’t log into my TAP account. What can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot logon or password” link immediately below the login screen. Enter your logon and email address to have password reset instructions emailed to you.

 If you have forgotten your logon, after clicking the “forgot logon or password” link, click the “forgot your logon?” link at the bottom of the page. After providing your ID and email address, your logon will be emailed to you.

If you are locked out of your account and are unable to answer the security question established when your account was created, you can request help by emailing TRD-Tap-TechnicalHelp@state.nm.us to have your TAP account profile unlocked. If you are unable to answer the security question, the logon will be closed, and a new TAP account profile will be created.
