Tax Information Authorization:
The New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department’s Forms & Publications page contains the Tax Information Authorization (TIA) Tax Disclosure form, which is required for anyone other than the taxpayer who wants to speak with a department representative on the taxpayer’s behalf.
This page also contains:
- Tax returns in the “Income Taxes” and the “Business Taxes” folders;
- Bulletins, FYIs, Quick Guides, and Legislative Summaries are in the “Publications” folder;
- The “Statutes with Regulations” folder contains current versions of all Acts administered by the department;
- Administrative reports, data reports, distribution reports, Fiscal Impact Reports, and Tax Expenditure reports are available in the “Reports” folder.
- This page also includes historical tax rates, Decisions and Orders from the Administrative Hearings Office (AHO), and rulings.

Most services can be completed online using the Taxpayer Access Point (TAP) https://tap.state.nm.us/Tap.
How to use this page:
Expand the folders below to find the document(s) you are looking for. To open the document, click on the “Open File” to the right of the title. You can also use the search function at the top of the folder display. Type in the form number or term you are searching and click on the “Search” text. If you have already clicked into a folder the search function will only search that folder.
