Taxpayers filing electronically using the Taxpayer Access Point (TAP) for Gross Receipts Tax, Compensating Tax and Withholding Tax will use the new, separate account forms for those programs.

Taxpayers using TAP to report Governmental Gross Receipts Tax, Interstate Telecommunications Gross Receipts Tax and Leased Vehicle Gross Receipts Tax and Surcharge for this filing period only will report using the Gross Receipts Tax account form.

Taxpayers reporting Non-Wage Withholding Tax on TAP for this period only will use the Withholding Tax account form.

Taxpayers who file their returns on paper forms will continue to use the CRS-1 form for returns due July 25, 2021.
