By November 1st of each year, the hospital will have to log into the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tap.state.nm.us\/Tap\/_\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Taxpayer Access Point (TAP)<\/a><\/strong> to confirm the assessment and submit the assessment.<\/p>\n<p>Health Care Delivery and Access is under an e-file &amp; e-pay mandate.
