Combined Fuel Taxes E-filing
For report periods beginning on or after December 1, 2010, all gasoline distributors, special fuel suppliers and wholesalers purchasing over 64,000 gallons of fuel per month will be required to electronically file their report, form RPD-41306, Combined Fuel Tax Report.

We offer two ways to electronically file your Combined Fuel Tax Report. Both an online application and an upload (bulk-file) application is available to file and pay your tax due. To access these applications, log onto  New Mexico E-Filing Services.

Note: The upload (bulk-file) application will accept CSV or XML files. Helpful information about CSV and XML file specifications is also located under the above link.
