Make Changes to a Business 
To make changes to your account’s registration information, go to the Taxpayer Access Page and click on Login/Register. On the next page, enter your user identification and password and click “Login.” On the next page select “My Accounts” and choose the underscored identification shown. If your address is not correct, select the Update link next to your address and add the correct information.

If you prefer to change your registration information using a paper form, complete and submit form ACD-31075, Business Tax Registration Update.
