Notice of Abatement 

A notice of abatement advises you that part or all of the tax, penalty, or interest due on an assessment is no longer due.

This notice includes:

  • taxpayer identification information;date of notice;
  • letter ID number;type of tax abated;report period;
  • abatement amounts for tax, penalty, and interest;
  • balance due after abatement, and
  • Taxation and Revenue Department contact information.
