By accessing your account through the Taxpayer Access Point (TAP), you can:

  • change your address using the Update link;
  • check the status of your refund using the Refund Status link;
  • check the status of requests filed with the Department using the Request Status link. This includes processed requests and those waiting to be processed, such as the Taxpayer Access Point confirmation letter, and
  • check Account Flags on your account. The following table provides flag descriptions:
