The Data Capture Bureau (DCB) electronically and manually captures the data on Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) documents including citations and payments, and on all tax forms.   We also perform the records management function for the Department, maintaining the retention schedule and assuring that the Department adheres to State Records Center rules on saving and destroying records.
