Training Services Bureau (TSB) provides training and consultation to Department employees. Through these services we improve business processes and performance. Training service results prove themselves in the products and services that employees provide to their clients.

 

We strive to have the best-trained staff and to be a good resource for accurate, useful, and current information. In addition, trainers provide valuable management and performance methods and tools so employees can do their jobs well.

 

TSB helps the Department manage change. It makes sure of ongoing quality improvement by creating strong learning, mentoring and training programs and processes for its employees.
