Financial Services Bureau 
The Financial Services Bureau (FSB) ensures that the Department complies with all Department of Finance and Administration rules and regulations.

Our employees also make sure that the Department follows the rules of other state and federal entities about expenditure and accountability of funds.

Among our duties is the processing of payment vouchers, travel documents, purchase orders, deposits, and contracts for the Department’s daily operations.

In addition, we monitor federal grants. Our employees prepare grant reports and maintain the capital asset inventory.

FSB also coordinates the annual financial audit and prepares the annual financial statement and related footnotes for governmental funds.
